Returns

No Longer Required
We’re happy to accept returns on unwanted items with a 25% restocking fee. Just make sure they’re in like-new condition, unused, and still in the original packaging, ready for resale. The buyer covers the return shipping, and returns should be made within 14 days of delivery. Please note that some specially imported or custom-made items can’t be returned. How many cards come in a pack?

Pick 2, 3 or 5 using the option above. Each card is a separate credential with its own ID, so buy the quantity that matches the number of drivers you want to authorise.

Card or fob - which should I choose?

Only the shape differs. The card is credit card sized and lives in a wallet, a lanyard or a pass holder, while the fob clips to a keyring. Both use the same technology and are registered the same way, so it comes down to what your drivers will actually carry.

Will it work with my Rolec charger?

It works with Rolec EV smart charge points that have an RFID reader, including OpenCharge units. If you are unsure whether your charger has a reader, check the model details or ask your installer.

Can I add more cards later?

Yes. Order another pack and register the new IDs in your charge point management account. Existing cards keep working, and a card can be removed from the account if it is lost or a driver leaves.
