We’re happy to accept returns on unwanted items with a 25% restocking fee. Just make sure they’re in like-new condition, unused, and still in the original packaging, ready for resale. Will this work on my home electricity supply?

Only if it is three phase. 22kW charging cannot be delivered from the single-phase supply that almost every UK house has, so confirm what you have with your installer or DNO before ordering. Fitting this unit to a single-phase supply is the number one cause of returns.

Will my car charge at the full 22kW?

Only if its onboard AC charger is rated at 22kW, and most EVs are not. Plenty are capped at 7.4kW or 11kW on AC, and the car always wins that argument. Check your vehicle's AC charging rate before paying for three-phase speed.

Is the 5.5m cable long enough?

It reaches most cars parked on a normal driveway when the unit is fitted near the parking space. Andersen only offer the 22kW Quartz with a 5.5m lead, so if you need more reach, the untethered Quartz paired with your own longer three-phase cable is the way to do it.

Does it work with Intelligent Octopus Go or OVO Charge Anytime?

No. Those smart tariff integrations cover Andersen's 7kW models, not the 22kW units. You can still set charging schedules in the Andersen app so the car draws power during your tariff's cheap overnight window.

Can I get a grant towards it?

The OZEV EV Chargepoint Grant is worth up to 350 pounds and applies to flats and rented homes with off-street parking, claimed through an OZEV-authorised installer. Workplace and fleet installations go through the separate Workplace Charging Scheme.

What warranty does it come with?

Seven years, the same across every Andersen charge point and one of the longest warranties in the UK market. Register the unit after installation to activate it.
