We’re happy to accept returns on unwanted items with a 25% restocking fee. Just make sure they’re in like-new condition, unused, and still in the original packaging, ready for resale. How do drivers pay at the kiosk?

Drivers tap a contactless bank card or mobile wallet on the payment terminal fitted to the post. The post provides the compliant mount, height and enclosure; the terminal handles the transaction itself.

Which payment terminals does it take?

It has a universal EVA-compliant mount that suits major terminals including Payter and Nayax, and is supplied with an MDB connector and adapters.

Which chargers does it work with?

A single kiosk is designed to serve several chargers on the same site. Which chargers it can take payment for depends on the payment terminal chosen and that charger's payment integration, so confirm the combination before ordering.

What connectivity does it need?

It is supplied with an external high-gain 4G antenna so the payment terminal can hold a reliable mobile data connection outdoors.

Does it need its own power supply?

The post has a built-in 24VDC power supply to run a compatible terminal, so the terminal does not need powering separately. That supply still has to be fed from the site's electrical installation, which your installer should allow for at design stage.
