No Longer Required
We’re happy to accept returns on unwanted items with a 25% restocking fee. Just make sure they’re in like-new condition, unused, and still in the original packaging, ready for resale. The buyer covers the return shipping, and returns should be made within 14 days of delivery. Please note that some specially imported or custom-made items can’t be returned. Summary

The wall-mounted Sigma kiosk puts one contactless payment terminal in front of several chargers, so you are not paying for a terminal and a subscription on every unit. How is this different from the Sigma post version?

The terminal mount, 24VDC supply, antenna and enclosure specification are the same. This version fixes to a wall, so there is no pedestal to install and no EV KUBE foundation to lay, which saves footprint and groundworks cost. Choose the post version where there is no suitable wall near the chargers. Mounting height on the wall version is set on site, so allow for accessibility requirements at design stage.

How do drivers pay at the kiosk?

Drivers tap a contactless bank card or mobile wallet on the payment terminal fitted to the kiosk. The kiosk provides the compliant mount, enclosure and power; the terminal itself handles the transaction.

Which payment terminals does it take?

It has a universal EVA-compliant mount that suits major terminals including Payter and Nayax.

Which chargers does it work with?

A single kiosk is designed to serve several chargers on the same site. Which chargers it can take payment for depends on the payment terminal chosen and that charger's payment integration, so confirm the combination before ordering.

Does it need its own power and connectivity?

It has a built-in 24VDC power supply to run a compatible terminal, and is supplied with an external high-gain 4G antenna for the mobile data connection. That 24VDC supply still has to be fed from the site's electrical installation, which your installer should allow for at design stage.
