We’re happy to accept returns on unwanted items with a 25% restocking fee. Just make sure they’re in like-new condition, unused, and still in the original packaging, ready for resale. The buyer covers the return shipping, and returns should be made within 14 days of delivery. Please note that some specially imported or custom-made items can’t be returned. Will a 22kW cable work on a 7kW charger?

Yes. The cable carries whatever the charge point and the car agree on, so on a 7kW single-phase wallbox it charges at 7kW. The higher rating only pays off where a three-phase supply is available, which usually means a workplace, depot or public charge point.

What does the coiled design change?

It keeps the cable off the floor and makes it much quicker to stow, which matters in shared bays and busy depots. In return it is heavier to handle and its usable reach when extended is shorter than the stated length, so size up if you are unsure.

What length should I choose?

Measure from the charge post to the vehicle's socket, allow slack, and pick one step longer than you think you need for a coiled cable. 5m suits a post right beside the bay, while 10m and 15m cover shared or awkwardly positioned bays.

Will it fit my vehicle?

It is Type 2 at both ends, the standard charging connector on modern EVs sold in the UK, so check your vehicle has a Type 2 inlet. A car limited to 7kW onboard cannot draw 22kW even from a three-phase point.
