We’re happy to accept returns on unwanted items with a 25% restocking fee. Just make sure they’re in like-new condition, unused, and still in the original packaging, ready for resale. The buyer covers the return shipping, and returns should be made within 14 days of delivery. Please note that some specially imported or custom-made items can’t be returned. What is the advantage of a coiled cable?

A coil retracts on itself, so there is far less loose cable lying on the drive and it is much quicker to stow. The trade-offs are weight and reach, because a coiled cable is heavier to handle and does not stretch to its full stated length in normal use.

What length should I choose?

Measure from the charge point to your car's socket, allow some slack, then size up one step because a coil loses usable reach when it is extended. 5m suits a charger right beside the car, while 10m and 15m cover longer driveways or parking either way round.

Will it work with my home charger?

Yes, if your wallbox has a Type 2 socket, which is standard on untethered UK home chargers. The cable is rated at 7.4kW single phase, matching the 7kW wallbox fitted to most homes, and it also works on public Type 2 charge points.

Does a longer cable charge more slowly?

No. All four lengths carry the same 7.4kW at 32A, so a 15m coiled cable charges at exactly the same rate as a 5m one. Pick whichever reaches your car comfortably.
