Returns

No Longer Required
We’re happy to accept returns on unwanted items with a 25% restocking fee. Just make sure they’re in like-new condition, unused, and still in the original packaging, ready for resale. The buyer covers the return shipping, and returns should be made within 14 days of delivery. Please note that some specially imported or custom-made items can’t be returned. Ordered Incorrectly
We completely understand that mistakes happen! If you’ve ordered the wrong product, we’re here to help. We’ll happily assist you with returning the item and finding something that better suits your needs. In many cases, it’s something simple like a wiring or connection problem that can be easily fixed. Will it fit my charger?

The post accepts the full range of e.Park Multi Post mounting plates, which cover Easee, Humax MX7, Hypervolt Home 3 Pro, myenergi Zappi, NexBlue, Ohme e.Pod, Ohme Home Pro, Pod Point Solo 3S, VCHRGD 7kW Pro, VCHRGD Dual 22kW, Zaptec Go and Zaptec Pro. The plate is ordered separately.

How many chargers does it hold?

One. If you need two charger positions on an EVKube base, choose the Multi Post Dual EVKube Base version instead.

What is involved in installing it?

It is supplied with an EVKube foundation base, so the post can be fixed without pouring a concrete base. Ground conditions and the cable route should still be confirmed by a qualified EV installer before the work is booked.

Is a charger or mounting plate included?

No. The post and its EVKube base are supplied on their own, so both the EV charger and its charger-specific mounting plate are bought separately.
