Returns

No Longer Required
We’re happy to accept returns on unwanted items with a 25% restocking fee. Just make sure they’re in like-new condition, unused, and still in the original packaging, ready for resale. The buyer covers the return shipping, and returns should be made within 14 days of delivery. Please note that some specially imported or custom-made items can’t be returned. We completely understand that mistakes happen! If you’ve ordered the wrong product, we’re here to help. We’ll happily assist you with returning the item and finding something that better suits your needs. There’s just a 25% restocking fee, and we ask that the item be unused, in like-new condition, and still in its original packaging. In many cases, it’s something simple like a wiring or connection problem that can be easily fixed. If we can’t resolve it, we’ll arrange for you to return the item, and we’ll send out a replacement as soon as we receive it. Will this fit my charger?

It is designed to carry NexBlue EV chargers, one on each face. It is not set up for chargers from other brands, so check your model before ordering.

How many chargers does it hold?

Two. One charger mounts on each face, which lets two adjacent bays share one post rather than needing two separate installations.

Are the EV chargers included?

No. The post is supplied on its own and the two NexBlue chargers are purchased separately.

What is involved in fitting it?

The post is fixed to the ground rather than to a wall. Base and fixing requirements are not published for this post, so have a qualified EV installer confirm the groundworks and the cable routes to both faces before booking the work.
