No Longer Required
We’re happy to accept returns on unwanted items with a 25% restocking fee. Just make sure they’re in like-new condition, unused, and still in the original packaging, ready for resale. The buyer covers the return shipping, and returns should be made within 14 days of delivery. Please note that some specially imported or custom-made items can’t be returned. We completely understand that mistakes happen! If you’ve ordered the wrong product, we’re here to help. We’ll happily assist you with returning the item and finding something that better suits your needs. Will my payment terminal fit?

The post is designed to accept virtually any contactless payment terminal using e.Park tilted or flat mounting brackets, and common units such as the Nayax VPOS Media5 and Payter Apollo are supported. Check your terminal against the bracket options before ordering.

Is a payment terminal or bracket included?

No. The post is supplied on its own, so the payment terminal and its tilted or flat mounting bracket are bought separately.

Will it last outdoors?

Yes. It is made from 100mm square section 304 stainless steel with a weatherproof black powder coating, and the cable access hatch is IP44 rated, so it is intended for permanent outdoor use.

What is the hatch for?

It gives protected access to the cabling and connections inside the post, so wiring is kept out of the weather rather than run on the outside.
