We’re happy to accept returns on unwanted items with a 25% restocking fee. Just make sure they’re in like-new condition, unused, and still in the original packaging, ready for resale. The Easee Charge Pro 10263 is the commercial version of Easee Charge, giving up to 22kW at 32A on three phase with an untethered Type 2 socket. Its MID Class B energy meter makes the readings accurate enough to bill against, which is what separates it from the standard unit.

What makes this the Pro version?

Three things. It has a MID Class B certified energy meter, so the kWh readings are accurate enough to bill a driver or a tenant against. It speaks OCPP 1.6J, so it plugs into back-office and payment platforms. And it adds wired Ethernet alongside Wi-Fi and 4G, with a 5 year warranty instead of 3.

Do I need the Pro, or will the standard Easee Charge do?

If you are not charging anyone for the electricity, the standard 10243 does the same 22kW job for less. Choose the Pro for workplaces, apartment blocks, fleets and managed car parks where energy has to be measured, reported or billed.

Will it give 22kW at my site?

Only on a three-phase supply. On single phase the same unit charges at up to 7.4kW. Check the supply before you specify it, as most homes are single phase and most commercial sites are three phase.

Does it work with smart tariffs such as Intelligent Octopus Go or OVO Charge Anytime?

It handles scheduled and off-peak charging through the Easee app and works with time-of-use tariffs that way. Easee advise that Intelligent Octopus Go and the OVO Charge Anytime add-on are not fully supported on Easee chargers, so do not specify it for one of those integrations.

How many can I put on one site?

Easee supports unlimited chargers per site with dynamic load and phase balancing, so the units share whatever capacity the incoming supply has. Pair them with an Easee Equalizer where the rest of the building's load also needs to be taken into account.

What does installation involve?

It is wall mounted on a dedicated circuit and must be installed by a qualified electrician. Type A 30mA RCD protection and DC fault detection are built in. It is rated IP54 and IK10 for indoor or outdoor mounting, and Easee mounting posts are available where there is no suitable wall.
