Returns

No Longer Required
We’re happy to accept returns on unwanted items with a 25% restocking fee. Just make sure they’re in like-new condition, unused, and still in the original packaging, ready for resale. The buyer covers the return shipping, and returns should be made within 14 days of delivery. Please note that some specially imported or custom-made items can’t be returned. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out to us at adam@echargersuk.co.uk.

Ordered Incorrectly
We completely understand that mistakes happen! If you’ve ordered the wrong product, we’re here to help. We’ll happily assist you with returning the item and finding something that better suits your needs. There’s just a 25% restocking fee, and we ask that the item be unused, in like-new condition, and still in its original packaging. Returns should be made within 14 days of delivery, with the buyer covering the return shipping. Please note that some specially imported or custom-made items can’t be returned. Damaged Products
We know it can be frustrating if your order arrives damaged! We’re here to make it right with a replacement or refund. Please include clear photos of the damaged packaging and the item(s) so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Faulty Products
We know it's not ideal if your product is faulty. Please reach out to us at adam@echargersuk.co.uk, and we’ll work with our manufacturers to identify and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In many cases, it’s something simple like a wiring or connection problem that can be easily fixed. If we can’t resolve it, we’ll arrange for you to return the item, and we’ll send out a replacement as soon as we receive it. Is this a charger?

No. This is the front cover only, a cosmetic and replacement part. The Easee charger itself is bought separately.

Which chargers does it fit?

It is compatible with Easee Charge and Easee Charge Pro units. It is not intended for chargers from other brands.

Which colour do I need?

Choose from black, white, anthracite, red or blue. Each colour is a separate part number, so select the variant you want at checkout rather than ordering and swapping later.

Why would I buy one?

Two reasons. To replace a cover that has been scratched, faded or damaged, or to restyle an existing charger so it matches company branding or the building it is fitted to.
