No Longer Required
We’re happy to accept returns on unwanted items with a 25% restocking fee. Just make sure they’re in like-new condition, unused, and still in the original packaging, ready for resale. The buyer covers the return shipping, and returns should be made within 14 days of delivery. Please note that some specially imported or custom-made items can’t be returned. In many cases, it’s something simple like a wiring or connection problem that can be easily fixed. The Easee One is untethered, so you plug in your own Type 2 charging cable and the unit itself stays compact on the wall. Choose the supply cable length to suit the run from the board to the charger position. Every item in the kit is also stocked individually. Does this EV charger need professional installation?

EV chargers should be installed and commissioned by a suitably qualified installer in line with the manufacturer instructions and current electrical regulations.

Is this charger compatible with my vehicle?

Check the connector type, maximum charging rate and electrical supply against your vehicle and installation. Contact our team if you would like us to confirm compatibility before ordering.

What charging speed will I get?

Actual charging speed depends on the charger, your vehicle's onboard charger, the available electrical supply and any load-management settings.

What is the difference between tethered and untethered?

A tethered charger has a permanently attached charging cable. An untethered charger has a socket, allowing you to use and store a separate compatible cable.

How quickly will my charger be delivered?
