Returns

No Longer Required
We’re happy to accept returns on unwanted items with a 25% restocking fee. Just make sure they’re in like-new condition, unused, and still in the original packaging, ready for resale. The buyer covers the return shipping, and returns should be made within 14 days of delivery. Please note that some specially imported or custom-made items can’t be returned. Ordered Incorrectly
We completely understand that mistakes happen! If you’ve ordered the wrong product, we’re here to help. We’ll happily assist you with returning the item and finding something that better suits your needs. There’s just a 25% restocking fee, and we ask that the item be unused, in like-new condition, and still in its original packaging. Returns should be made within 14 days of delivery, with the buyer covering the return shipping. Please note that some specially imported or custom-made items can’t be returned. Faulty Products
We know it's not ideal if your product is faulty. Please reach out to us at adam@echargersuk.co.uk, and we’ll work with our manufacturers to identify and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In many cases, it’s something simple like a wiring or connection problem that can be easily fixed. If we can’t resolve it, we’ll arrange for you to return the item, and we’ll send out a replacement as soon as we receive it. What is an Easee RFID key for?

It authorises a user on an Easee charger. Tapping a registered key on the charger starts or stops a charging session, so you can control who is able to charge and keep track of usage on a shared site.

How many keys do I get?

These are sold individually - one key per order line. Order one for each driver you want to authorise.

Which chargers does it work with?

It works with Easee Charge and Easee Charge Pro.

How do I register a key?

Registration is handled by the charger owner or site manager through their Easee account, where each key is assigned to an authorised user. Your installer can set this up for you if you are unsure.
