Returns

No Longer Required
We’re happy to accept returns on unwanted items with a 25% restocking fee. Just make sure they’re in like-new condition, unused, and still in the original packaging, ready for resale. The buyer covers the return shipping, and returns should be made within 14 days of delivery. Please note that some specially imported or custom-made items can’t be returned. We completely understand that mistakes happen! If you’ve ordered the wrong product, we’re here to help. We’ll happily assist you with returning the item and finding something that better suits your needs. There’s just a 25% restocking fee, and we ask that the item be unused, in like-new condition, and still in its original packaging. Faulty Products
We know it's not ideal if your product is faulty. Please reach out to us at adam@echargersuk.co.uk, and we’ll work with our manufacturers to identify and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In many cases, it’s something simple like a wiring or connection problem that can be easily fixed. If we can’t resolve it, we’ll arrange for you to return the item, and we’ll send out a replacement as soon as we receive it. Is a charger included in the kit?

No. This is the supporting equipment only - consumer unit, cable, glands, tails, terminal blocks and clips. The charge point itself is bought separately, and nothing here is an installation service.

Which length should I order?

The 5m, 10m and 15m options refer to the cable run from the consumer unit position to where the charger will be fitted. Measure the actual route, including any drops and corners, rather than the straight-line distance, and round up.

Can I buy the parts individually instead?

Yes. Every item in the kit is stocked separately. The bundle simply groups the combination most installers reach for on a standard domestic job and saves placing several orders.

Can I fit this myself?

No. EV charger installations must comply with the current IET Wiring Regulations, BS 7671, and applicable UK building and electrical safety standards, and should be carried out by a qualified and competent electrician. If anything is unclear, consult a certified electrician before starting.
