We’re happy to accept returns on unwanted items with a 25% restocking fee. Just make sure they’re in like-new condition, unused, and still in the original packaging, ready for resale. How does the Mini differ from the VPOS Media 5?

Size and card reading. The Mini is the smaller unit, which is why it fits on a charge post or inside a charger enclosure rather than needing wall space, and Nayax launched it for EV charging in particular. It accepts contactless, NFC and chip cards but not magstripe, where the Media 5 reads magstripe as well and has a larger 4 inch screen.

Will it fit my EV charger?

Confirm with the charger manufacturer first. The Mini is designed for EV charging, parking and kiosk installations, but the charger itself has to be built to accept a Nayax terminal and provide it a mounting position. If the charger is not yet chosen, Nayax's EV Meter Pay units arrive with a VPOS Touch terminal already integrated.

Does it need site broadband?

No. It has 4G LTE built in, so it connects by itself and can be installed in car parks and forecourts where running a network cable to the bay would be impractical.

What are the ongoing costs?

The stated terminal fee is 10 pounds a month, plus a percentage transaction fee on the payments processed. Nayax handles the card processing, so the Mini forms part of a payment service rather than being a standalone piece of hardware.
