We’re happy to accept returns on unwanted items with a 25% restocking fee. Just make sure they’re in like-new condition, unused, and still in the original packaging, ready for resale. The buyer covers the return shipping, and returns should be made within 14 days of delivery. Please note that some specially imported or custom-made items can’t be returned. Media 5 or Media 4 Mini - which should I choose?

Two things separate them. The Media 5 has the bigger 4 inch screen, which makes prompts easier to follow and leaves room for pricing or site branding, and it reads magstripe cards as well as contactless and chip. The Mini is smaller and drops magstripe, which suits a tight enclosure or a charge post. If you cannot be sure what cards will turn up, take the Media 5.

Will it work with my existing EV charger?

Check before ordering. This is an unattended terminal rather than a charger accessory with a published compatibility list, so the charger has to be designed to take a Nayax terminal. Nayax's own EV Meter Pay chargers come with a VPOS Touch terminal already fitted, which is the simpler route if you have not yet bought the charger.

Does it need a network connection at the site?

No. 4G LTE is built in, so the terminal connects on its own without site broadband or a data cable being run to the bay. That is usually what makes an outdoor or remote location practical.

What does it cost to run?

The quoted terminal fee is 10 pounds a month, plus a percentage transaction fee on payments taken. Nayax processes the card transactions behind it, so the terminal is part of a payment service rather than a one-off hardware purchase.
