We’re happy to accept returns on unwanted items with a 25% restocking fee. Just make sure they’re in like-new condition, unused, and still in the original packaging, ready for resale. The buyer covers the return shipping, and returns should be made within 14 days of delivery. Please note that some specially imported or custom-made items can’t be returned. Do drivers need to bring a cable?

Yes - the Delta Max is untethered, with a Type 2 socket rather than a fixed lead. Drivers use the portable cable that came with their car, which is why socketed units are standard on workplace and shared car parks.

Can I legally charge drivers for the electricity they use?

Yes. The Delta Max carries a MID Class B approved meter, and MID certification is the requirement that makes kWh billing legally valid in the UK. It suits tenant recharging, staff reimbursement and pay-per-use parking.

How does it differ from the NexBlue Edge?

Both are 22kW three-phase untethered units. The Edge is for sites where charging is free and you only want to watch consumption. The Delta Max adds the MID-certified meter, so choose it the moment money changes hands for the energy.

Will it work on a single-phase supply?

It is built around a 400V three-phase feed for the full 22kW output. On single phase the charging rate falls a long way short, so confirm what your site actually has with a qualified electrician before you order.

Which back-office platforms can it talk to?

It supports OCPP 1.6J and OCPP 2.0.1, the open standards for charge point management, so you can pick the billing and monitoring provider that suits you and change it later without swapping out hardware.

Does it qualify for workplace charging funding?

The Workplace Charging Scheme is open to businesses, charities and public sector organisations and pays up to 75% of purchase and installation costs, capped at 500 pounds per socket for up to 40 sockets per applicant. The scheme is funded to 31 March 2027.
