We’re happy to accept returns on unwanted items with a 25% restocking fee. Just make sure they’re in like-new condition, unused, and still in the original packaging, ready for resale. Is a charging cable supplied?

No. The Edge has a Type 2 socket and drivers plug in their own cable. That is the norm on commercial sites because it fits every vehicle and leaves nothing hanging outside in the weather or exposed to damage.

Should I choose the Edge or the Delta Max?

Pick the Edge when charging is free at the point of use and you simply want to see how much energy is being used. Pick the Delta Max when you need to charge people for it - its MID-certified meter is what makes billing by the kWh legally valid in the UK.

Do I need a three-phase supply?

For the full 22kW, yes. AC charging at that rate needs a 400V three-phase feed. Many commercial premises already have one, but confirm it with your electrician before ordering, because a single-phase site will not reach 22kW.

How fast is 22kW in practice?

Roughly 80 to 100 miles of range per hour, provided the vehicle has a 22kW onboard AC charger. A good many EVs are limited to 7.4kW or 11kW on AC and will charge at their own ceiling no matter what the charger can deliver.

Can I connect it to my own charge point management platform?

Yes. The Edge speaks OCPP 1.6-J, the open standard, so you are not tied to one supplier's software and can move the estate to a different back office later without replacing the hardware.

Is there funding for workplace charge points?

Businesses, charities and public sector bodies can apply to the Workplace Charging Scheme, which covers up to 75% of purchase and installation costs, capped at 500 pounds per socket and 40 sockets per applicant. Funding is confirmed to 31 March 2027.
