Returns

No Longer Required
We’re happy to accept returns on unwanted items with a 25% restocking fee. Just make sure they’re in like-new condition, unused, and still in the original packaging, ready for resale. The buyer covers the return shipping, and returns should be made within 14 days of delivery. Please note that some specially imported or custom-made items can’t be returned. Ordered Incorrectly
We completely understand that mistakes happen! If you’ve ordered the wrong product, we’re here to help. We’ll happily assist you with returning the item and finding something that better suits your needs. There’s just a 25% restocking fee, and we ask that the item be unused, in like-new condition, and still in its original packaging. Faulty Products
We know it's not ideal if your product is faulty. Please reach out to us at adam@echargersuk.co.uk, and we’ll work with our manufacturers to identify and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In many cases, it’s something simple like a wiring or connection problem that can be easily fixed. If we can’t resolve it, we’ll arrange for you to return the item, and we’ll send out a replacement as soon as we receive it. What cables does it hold?

It takes a standard EV charging cable, whether that is a tethered lead or a portable Type 2 one. It mounts on the wall next to your charge point rather than clipping onto the charger itself.

How is it fitted?

It fixes to a solid wall or post beside the charge point. The right fixings depend on whether you are going into brick, render or timber, so check with your installer if you are unsure - it is an easy job to add while the charger is being fitted.

Why bother with a cable hook?

A lead left on the ground invites trip hazards, damage from car tyres and dirt in the connector. Hanging it up keeps the cable coiled and clear of the drive, which extends its life and keeps the charging area neat.
