No Longer Required
We’re happy to accept returns on unwanted items with a 25% restocking fee. Just make sure they’re in like-new condition, unused, and still in the original packaging, ready for resale. The buyer covers the return shipping, and returns should be made within 14 days of delivery. Please note that some specially imported or custom-made items can’t be returned. Ordered Incorrectly
We completely understand that mistakes happen! If you’ve ordered the wrong product, we’re here to help. We know it's not ideal if your product is faulty. Please reach out to us at adam@echargersuk.co.uk, and we’ll work with our manufacturers to identify and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In many cases, it’s something simple like a wiring or connection problem that can be easily fixed. If we can’t resolve it, we’ll arrange for you to return the item, and we’ll send out a replacement as soon as we receive it. What we think

The tethered Point 2 makes sense if you charge at home every day and want the cable ready to go – 7.5m is generous enough to reach across a driveway or round to the far side of the car, which the more common 5m leads often won’t.

Everything else that makes the Point 2 a strong all-rounder carries over: adaptive 1.4–7.4kW charging, solid connectivity, solar surplus charging, load balancing with the included CT clamp, and a 5-year warranty. If you would rather use your own cable or charge more than one type of vehicle, the untethered Point 2 is the better pick.
