We’re happy to accept returns on unwanted items with a 25% restocking fee. Just make sure they’re in like-new condition, unused, and still in the original packaging, ready for resale. Is the charger included in this kit?

Yes. This bundle includes the Ohme Home Pro 7.4kW tethered charge point along with the consumer unit, cable, tails, glands, terminal blocks and clips. Our standard EV Installation Kit is the same set of parts without a charger.

What is the difference between the two lengths I choose?

The tether length is the charging cable attached to the charger, 5m or 8m, and it needs to reach your car's charging port from where the unit is mounted. The supply cable length is the run of EV Ultra cable from the consumer unit to the charger position, at 5m, 10m or 15m.

Which supply cable length should I order?

Measure the actual cable route, including drops and corners, rather than the straight-line distance, and round up. It is far better to have a little spare than to be short on the day.

Can I buy the parts individually instead?

Yes. Every item in the kit is stocked separately, including the Ohme Home Pro itself. The bundle simply groups the usual combination and saves placing several orders.

Does it include an installation service?

No. The kit is physical parts only. EV charger installations must comply with the current IET Wiring Regulations, BS 7671, and applicable UK building and electrical safety standards, and should be carried out by a qualified and competent electrician.

Is the Ohme Home Pro compatible with smart tariffs?

The Home Pro integrates with Intelligent Octopus Go, and is listed in our Octopus and OVO compatible collections. Check the charger's own product page for the current detail before ordering.
