No Longer Required
We’re happy to accept returns on unwanted items with a 25% restocking fee. Just make sure they’re in like-new condition, unused, and still in the original packaging, ready for resale. The buyer covers the return shipping, and returns should be made within 14 days of delivery. Please note that some specially imported or custom-made items can’t be returned. Ordered Incorrectly
We completely understand that mistakes happen! If you’ve ordered the wrong product, we’re here to help. We’ll happily assist you with returning the item and finding something that better suits your needs. Damaged Products

Faulty Products
We know it's not ideal if your product is faulty. Please reach out to us at adam@echargersuk.co.uk, and we’ll work with our manufacturers to identify and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In many cases, it’s something simple like a wiring or connection problem that can be easily fixed. If we can’t resolve it, we’ll arrange for you to return the item, and we’ll send out a replacement as soon as we receive it. Summary

The Rolec EVO 22kW is the three-phase version of the EVO, with a single untethered Type 2 socket rated to 22kW for homes and workplaces that have a 400V supply.

It uses the same compact 260mm housing as the 7.4kW model but adds 4G alongside Wi-Fi, Ethernet and Bluetooth, plus app control and scheduling, surplus solar charging and dynamic load balancing.
