Place your order before 12pm Monday to Thursday and receive your order the next working day. Orders placed on Friday before 11am will be processed and delivered on Monday. (Excludes Sunday’s and Public Holidays)

Returns
No Longer Required
We’re happy to accept returns on unwanted items with a 25% restocking fee. Just make sure they’re in like-new condition, unused, and still in the original packaging, ready for resale. The buyer covers the return shipping, and returns should be made within 14 days of delivery. Please note that some specially imported or custom-made items can’t be returned. Ordered Incorrectly
We completely understand that mistakes happen! If you’ve ordered the wrong product, we’re here to help. We’ll happily assist you with returning the item and finding something that better suits your needs. There’s just a 25% restocking fee, and we ask that the item be unused, in like-new condition, and still in its original packaging. Damaged Products
We know it can be frustrating if your order arrives damaged! We’re here to make it right with a replacement or refund. Just let us know within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at adam@echargersuk.co.uk. Please include clear photos of the damaged packaging and the item(s) so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Faulty Products
We know it's not ideal if your product is faulty. Please reach out to us at adam@echargersuk.co.uk, and we’ll work with our manufacturers to identify and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In many cases, it’s something simple like a wiring or connection problem that can be easily fixed. If we can’t resolve it, we’ll arrange for you to return the item, and we’ll send out a replacement as soon as we receive it.
