We’re happy to accept returns on unwanted items with a 25% restocking fee. Just make sure they’re in like-new condition, unused, and still in the original packaging, ready for resale. Do I need a three-phase supply for this?

Yes. The 22kW output depends on a three-phase incoming supply, which is normal on commercial and industrial sites but rare at UK homes. On a single-phase supply this unit cannot reach 22kW, so a 7.4kW charger such as the EVC1 is the right choice there.

Will every car charge at 22kW?

No. The vehicle's onboard AC charger decides. Many EVs accept 11kW three phase and a good number are limited to 7.4kW single phase, in which case they charge at that rate on a 22kW point. Nothing is harmed by the mismatch.

Is a cable included?

It is not. The EVC2 is socketed, so each driver brings a Type 2 cable. On shared and public-facing installations that is usually preferred, because a fixed lead limits which vehicles can use the bay.

Why does it have 4G?

Car parks, yards and depots often have no usable Wi-Fi. The built-in 4G LTE modem keeps the charger connected for OCPP back-office reporting, remote management and firmware updates without depending on site broadband.

Can I bill drivers for the electricity they use?

The internal energy meter is accurate to better than 1% and the unit supports OCPP, so it can report session data to a back office that handles tariffs and billing. The charging platform, not the hardware, sets what you can charge for.

How long is it covered for?

The EVC2 comes with a 36-month warranty as standard and Teltonika allow that to be extended to 60 months, which is worth considering on a site where a call-out is disruptive.
