What Rolec EV charger ranges are available?

Rolec offers five EV charger ranges covering everything from simple home charging to commercial pay-per-use installations. The Rolec EVO is a smart 22kW commercial charger and the most affordable in the range at £469 — one of the best value 22kW chargers on the UK market. The Rolec Zura is the home and small workplace favourite, available in 7.4kW and 22kW with single or dual sockets, tethered or untethered, from £910. The Rolec WallPod is a compact 7.4kW home charger in three colours with tethered (5m or 10m cable) or untethered options from £925. The Rolec BasicCharge is a no-frills workplace charger in 7.4kW and 22kW with single or dual sockets from £1,300. The Rolec Securicharge is the commercial and public charging solution, available with an LCD user screen or a contactless payment terminal for pay-per-use charging from £1,450.

How much do Rolec EV chargers cost?

Rolec EV charger prices start from £469 for the EVO 22kW smart commercial charger and go up to £3,140 for the Securicharge dual socket 22kW with contactless payment terminal. For home use, the Rolec Zura 7.4kW untethered starts from £910 and the WallPod 7.4kW untethered from £925. Tethered versions with 5m or 10m cables are available at a slight premium. For workplace and commercial installations, the BasicCharge single socket 7.4kW starts from £1,300 and the Securicharge with LCD screen from £1,700. Dual socket versions — which allow two EVs to charge simultaneously — are available across the BasicCharge and Securicharge ranges. 

What is the Rolec Zura?

The Rolec Zura is one of Rolec's most popular EV chargers, designed for home and small workplace use. It is a smart wall-mounted charger with app control for scheduling, energy monitoring and setting charge limits. The Zura is available in 7.4kW (single-phase, suitable for all UK homes) and 22kW (three-phase, for commercial sites or homes with a three-phase supply). Single socket and dual socket versions are available, and you can choose tethered (with a 5m cable permanently attached) or untethered (you plug in your own Type 2 cable). The Zura starts from £910 for the 7.4kW untethered single socket.

What is the Rolec Securicharge?

The Rolec Securicharge is a commercial-grade EV charger designed for public car parks, retail sites, workplaces and any location where user management or payment is needed. It is available in three configurations: basic untethered (from £1,450), with an LCD user screen for displaying charging status and session information (from £1,700), or with a built-in contactless payment terminal for pay-per-use charging (from £2,455). The Securicharge comes in 7.4kW and 22kW power ratings with single or dual socket options. The dual socket 22kW with contactless payment terminal — the top of the range at £3,140 — is designed for high-traffic public charging locations.

Yes — Rolec is one of the UK's leading commercial EV charger manufacturers. The Securicharge range with LCD screens and contactless payment terminals is purpose-built for public and workplace charging. The BasicCharge and EVO ranges are popular for workplace car parks where payment collection is not needed.
